I try to make sure to pack everything as best as possible in order for it to arrive safely to the destination - if anything arrives broken (which as heart breaking as it is, could unfortunately happen) - please send a photo of the broken piece as soon as it arrives to: bar.bergman.studio@gmail.com
I highly encourage you to try and reuse the packing materials or recycle them to the best of your ability.

All objects are glazed with a lead-free and food safe glaze.
to make sure your one of a kind art piece will last forever, hand wash the pieces, if necessary.
Dish-ware is microwave and oven safe.
Due to the nature of the material, from time to time the unglazed parts of the object may become a bit worn and stained, you can clean them easily using a soft non-colored cloth with a bit of baking soda. they will be good as new.

Please note: in each one of my ceramics art works I strive to perfection - but due to the nature of the clay itself, and the fact that all objects are hand made and hand painted, small imperfections might appear - all part of the hand building process charm!
